 A certain enterprise, as a leader in the fields of electronic information ceramics and new energy ceramic components, has its products widely used in multiple key areas such as new energy vehicles, electronic information, aerospace, etc.

    In 2023, the company found JYUTEC. Through in-depth communication, it was learned that the company is producing ceramic ring heating components for "The blade batteries" (The blade batteries are a special structure lithium iron phosphate battery released by BYD on March 29, 2020, first installed in BYD's "Han" model and have been applied in multiple fields, including public transportation buses). However, the ceramic ring has encountered industry problems such as side slurry flow and uneven film thickness during the double-sided metallization process.


     JYUTEC has been focusing on thick film screen printing for 14 years and has accumulated rich industry experience in the advanced ceramic industry. In response to this challenge, JYUTEC proposes with a responsible attitude that multiple process samples and experiments need to be conducted first to identify problems in the printing process, solve and debug complete process parameters, so that customers can directly enter the production stage after purchasing the equipment.

     On June 29, 2023, JYUTEC immediately arranged to use the high-precision thick film printing equipment JY-IC-340A that met the customer's requirements for sampling after receiving the customer's samples, and customized the fixtures for mass production through pre equipped batch production (each plate can print 168 pieces, and 2W pieces can be printed on one side per hour). After multiple rounds of parameter adjustment and technical testing, the problems of sagging and uneven film thickness have been successfully solved, with an average film thickness of 0.33mm and a film thickness deviation controlled within ± 5%, greatly improving the performance and production efficiency of mass-produced products.
      In early July 2023, the company purchased the high-precision thick film printing machine JY-IC-340A. After JYUTEC's on-site debugging and technical training, the equipment was quickly put into production use. The customer highly recognizes our technical strength and professional service attitude. On December 5, 2023, the customer provided feedback that the equipment is efficient and stable in printing, with a high yield rate. Decided to repurchase JY-IC-340A again.

      At the beginning of 2024, based on process requirements, the company proposed a demand for customized dual platform thick film printing machines (alternating use of two platforms for uninterrupted printing). After communication and research, Jianyu Screen Printing began a 3-month continuous research and development, overturning more than 10 solutions and ultimately successfully developing a dual platform thick film printing machine. At present, the dual platform thick film printing machine has been produced and put into use, with a production efficiency increase of about 35% to 45% compared to a single platform.
    In April 2024, the company plans to expand its production scale and therefore requested a customized fully automatic thick film printing production line from JYUTEC. JYUTEC attaches great importance to it and sends a professional team to the client company for demand communication and on-site inspection. At present, the fully automated printing production line plan has been basically determined and is expected to be completed by October 2024.
