      A certain enterprise focuses on the research and production of sensors and related measurement and control systems. At the beginning of 2023, as the development of the company's new product - single particle ceramic pressure sensor - enters a critical stage, the company urgently needs to find a partner who can provide high-precision thick film screen printing solutions.

     In order to ensure the smooth progress of the research and development of new products, the company has started a large-scale search for manufacturers of high-precision thick film screen printing machines. The company ultimately chose JYUTEC, which has professional technical strength, rich practical experience, and excellent customer reputation.

     After the initial communication, JYUTEC learned that the customer needs to print a single particle ceramic pressure sensor, which requires printing of electrode layer, resistance layer, and encapsulation layer. The printing accuracy and resistance stability requirements are very high. JYUTEC recommends the high-precision thick film screen printing machine IC-200A-CCD to meet the customer's product size and printing requirements. This model adopts the third-generation CCD automatic alignment printing system and suspended printing system, which balances high printing accuracy and film thickness uniformity. To achieve rapid mass printing production, we have also customized printing fixtures for our customers and showcased multiple types of sensor printing cases, further enhancing their confidence in JYUTEC's technological capabilities.

      On the basis of preliminary agreement, we have arranged samples for the client. During the sample process, we continuously adjusted equipment parameters, optimized printing processes, improved printing accuracy, recorded sample printing data and equipment data according to customer needs, and provided detailed sample reports to customers. At the same time, we also had in-depth communication and exchange with customers through video, and provided detailed answers to their questions. This measure not only provides customers with a more intuitive understanding of device performance, but also lays a solid foundation for future cooperation.
On February 8th, the customer underwent strict testing after receiving the sample finished product. The test results show that each layer has uniform film thickness and stable resistance value, which meets the customer's process requirements, but there is a slight twisting problem in the product center. In response to this issue, JYUTEC's technicians quickly provided a solution: adjusting the parameter settings of the CCD visual alignment system. This solution was recognized by the customer and further demonstrated the professionalism and timeliness of Jianyu Screen Printing in solving customer problems.

     In order to further ensure the feasibility of the solution, on February 15th, the customer came to JYUTEC for on-site sampling and acceptance. This stage is crucial for both parties, as it not only affects whether the equipment used in Jianyu screen printing meets the process requirements, but also directly impacts the progress of customer's new product development. During the acceptance process, the precise adjustment of the CCD visual alignment system solved the problem of product center torsion and further optimized the alignment accuracy.

     Finally, the customer brought back the printed product for final testing and it passed all at once. The customer highly recognizes JYUTEC's technical strength and service quality, and has decided to officially purchase three sets of JY-IC-200A-CCD.

    On March 12th, JYUTEC successfully delivered the goods and dispatched professional debugging personnel to the customer's site along with the equipment for equipment debugging and process technology training. During the training process, technical personnel provided detailed explanations to the operators on the operation process, precautions, and maintenance methods of the equipment, ensuring that customers can proficiently master the operation of the equipment. After the training, the customer's new ceramic pressure sensor also smoothly entered the mass production stage, and the printed products showed excellent performance and stability, with an overall yield rate of over 98%. The customer expresses sincere gratitude to JYUTEC and looks forward to continuing to work together with us in future cooperation.

     With the smooth delivery of equipment and satisfactory feedback from customers, the cooperative relationship between JYUTEC and customers has further deepened. In June of the same year, the customer contacted us again and provided feedback that the thick film printing machine they are currently using is running stably without any printing problems. In order to further improve production efficiency, they hope that we can customize a replaceable adsorption platform for them to meet the printing needs of other sensor ceramic substrates. We immediately responded to the customer's customization request and replaced the adsorption platform for them one week later.

     Looking back at the entire cooperation process, the development of the new ceramic pressure sensor took only two months from sample to mass production.
